Shipping Policy

Gallery8 VIP Collection ships selected artworks, limited edition prints and collector releases internationally from Australia.

Processing Times

Orders are carefully prepared and packed before dispatch.

Limited edition prints and collector poster orders are usually processed within 5–10 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Hand-embellished editions, framed works and original artworks may require additional preparation time. The estimated dispatch timeframe will be confirmed after purchase or enquiry.

Rolled Print Shipping

Rolled prints are shipped in protective postal tubes. Prints may be packed with archival tissue, protective wrapping and a certificate of authenticity where applicable.

Small rolled prints are shipped in a 660 x 60mm mailing tube where suitable. Larger rolled works may require a larger tube or custom packaging.

Original Artworks & Framed Works

Original artworks, framed works and high-value collector pieces may require a custom freight and insurance quote before dispatch.

For original artworks, shipping may be arranged separately after purchase or collector enquiry. We may contact you to confirm:

• Delivery address

• Freight method

• Insurance requirements

• Customs documentation

• Framing or packaging requirements

Original artworks and framed works are not always eligible for standard checkout shipping rates.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected regions, including the United Kingdom, United States, Asia and the United Arab Emirates where available.

Estimated delivery times vary by country, carrier, customs processing and local delivery conditions. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or local charges applied by their country.

These charges are not collected by Gallery8 VIP Collection unless clearly shown at checkout.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the artwork type, package size, destination and shipping method.

For selected rolled prints, flat-rate shipping may be offered at checkout.

For original artworks, framed works and high-value collector items, shipping may be quoted separately.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Gallery8 VIP Collection is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Tracking updates may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.

Damage in Transit

All artworks and prints are packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the outer packaging

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of any labels or visible damage to the package

Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier or insurer may require evidence.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

International shipping delays can occur due to customs, public holidays, carrier backlogs or local delivery issues. Gallery8 VIP Collection is not responsible for delays outside our control once an item has been dispatched.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs charges or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, re-shipping costs or carrier charges.
