All artwork dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise.

3. Original Artworks

Original artworks are unique one-of-one works unless otherwise stated.

Original artworks may require custom shipping, insurance and freight arrangements. We reserve the right to contact the buyer after purchase or enquiry to confirm delivery details, freight method and insurance requirements.

4. Limited Editions

Limited edition prints are sold according to the edition size stated on the product page.

Where applicable, editions may be signed, numbered and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Edition numbers may be allocated at our discretion unless a specific number has been agreed in writing before purchase.

5. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may vary by market, region or currency.

We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, shipping rates and product details at any time without notice.

6. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is an error, stock issue, payment issue or shipping restriction.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including where pricing, inventory or product information has been listed incorrectly.

7. Payment

Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For original artworks, framed works or high-value collector pieces, payment may be arranged by invoice or bank transfer. In these cases, the artwork will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

8. Shipping

Shipping times, rates and methods vary depending on the artwork type, destination and packaging requirements.

Rolled prints may be shipped in protective postal tubes. Original artworks, framed works and high-value collector pieces may require custom freight, insurance and delivery arrangements.

9. International Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or local charges applied by their country.

These charges are not collected by Gallery8 VIP Collection unless clearly shown at checkout.

Refusal to pay customs duties or import charges may result in the parcel being returned, delayed or abandoned. Any related costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

10. Returns & Refunds

Original artworks, limited edition prints, hand-embellished works and made-to-order items are sold as collector items. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and item. Claims will be assessed in line with our Returns and Shipping policies.

11. Damage in Transit

We take care when packing artworks and collector items. If your item arrives damaged, you must retain the original packaging and provide photographic evidence so that a carrier or insurance claim can be assessed.

Failure to keep the packaging may affect the outcome of a damage claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, product photography, written content, graphics, branding, logos and website content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial rights, licensing rights or permission to reproduce the artwork.

No artwork, image or content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered, used for commercial purposes or used in advertising without written permission.

13. Collaboration References

Any references to artist collaborations, collections, teams, brands or events are provided for identification and collection context only.

Use of names, marks, imagery or collaboration details is subject to applicable permissions and agreements. Nothing on this website grants the customer any rights to use third-party names, logos, trademarks or intellectual property.

14. Website Accuracy

We aim to keep all information current and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping information or website content will always be error-free.
